Dane VanElls Benefit T-Shirt

All proceeds to benefit Dane and his family Trooper Dane Van Ells graduated from the 135th Michigan State Police Trooper Recruit School in April 2019 and was stationed at the Lakeview Post. In November 2019 Dane was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor after seeking medical attention for persistent double vision and balance problems. Dane completed 6 weeks of radiation therapy at the University of Michigan as well as chemotherapy. After completing 6 months of chemotherapy Dane and his family decided to stop chemotherapy treatments and instead move forward with treatments at the Burzynski Clinic in Houston, Texas where a non-toxic and more successful treatment for Dane's type of cancer is offered. Dane will begin treatments in Texas on August 10, 2020 and will have to spend at least 2 weeks at the clinic where he will have a port surgically placed in his chest to receive his medications. The treatments that Dane will be receiving will not be covered by insurance. Proceeds will be used for Dane's medical and travel expenses.
